Our house is made up of guys in our mid/early twenties, and we are hoping to find someone who will fit in with our easygoing and fun vibe. We value cleanliness and have a shared system in place to keep the house tidy, so it’s important that the new tenant is someone who is willing to pitch in and follow our house rules.

Utilities are separate but roughly comes to $100
