Hi, I am putting out a heads-up especially for tenants (and myself) to allow good time for searching and screening both ways in terms of finding what one prefers.

So, I have a partial basement suite 2-bed, 1-bath near to Uptown and Tillicum Mall that will be available for rent some time in the first week of April.

One year tenancy for 2, to a max of 3 persons (if in relationship) (currently rented to a couple and their relative = 3 persons) $2,100. 600 sqft. Requirements: must have lived and worked in Victoria for at least half-a-year and have the three months work payslips as proof. The usual three work references and two to three previous landlord references. I am okay to accept applications from tenants relocating for work from Vancouver or other cities /provinces as long as your employer is willing to provide you with a proof of employment letter. No smoking. Only cats as pets. The suite has 7 windows and is normally bright, the photos were taken in the evening.
