I'm a quiet, respectful, and responsible 38-year-old looking for a long-term rental starting October 1st. My budget is between $600 and $1000, and I'm hoping to find a landlord who is open to a rent subsidy from the government.

I am a clean and private individual who doesn't party or do drugs. I'm actively involved in the community, running a local group called Fredericton Litter Lifters, and organizing community clean-ups and eco initiatives. I'm also taking courses in the community health and safety sector.

If a rent subsidy isn't an option, I can pay up to $850 per month and can provide the damage deposit and first month's rent upfront. I am also open to a roommate situation and willing to help with the upkeep of the property.

I believe I'd be the perfect tenant, and I'm ready to move in and treat my new home with the utmost care.
