Here’s some information about the apartment:
- 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom
- Includes dishwasher, full-sized fridge, shower/tub, laundry in building, lots of closet/cupboard space and a decent sized living area
- 8 minute drive to UNB/STU Campuses
- Rent is $1045/month plus utilities (would be prorated for the month of November)
- Lease is year-to-year and ends in September 2026
- Full damage deposit is required before move-in
- Fill out an application through Killam Apartment REIT and send me your name/phone number to be considered. Must send me your information so I can forward it to the property manager.
