SENIOR Live - part time caretaker. Seeking a responsible and dedicated SenIor person live-in caretaker for our condo building, which is in good condition and well-maintained.
This position offers a unique opportunity to reside on-site in a lovely one bedroom condo. Small duties like showing Contractors where they need to go in the building, locking and unlocking doors, contribute to the smooth operation and upkeep of the property. No cleaning involved. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
