- Furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, bookshelf, closet/wardrobe, table)
- Short walk (<10 minutes) from the nest and wreck beach

Rent is $1425.63 (same as UBC’s base rent price) a fully refundable security deposit of $710.00

Must be 19 and UBC affiliated, preferably female. I have just accepted the offer so I do not have the exact floor plan!
