I’m looking for two clean roommates 20-27 years old to move in to a three bedroom apartment at 2060 Quingate Place from September 2025—2026. The apartment is on the 6th floor and looks out over Quinpool Rd; rent is 760 dollars a month and parking is 150. A little about me: my name is Jake, I’m a 23 year old journalism student going into my fourth year at the University of King’s College.
