The office does not offer step free access. There is no designated parking spot, but Bay Station is just minutes away. There is also paid street parking and public lots in the area.

The office is available on Mondays (8am-2pm), Tuesdays (all day), Wednesdays (8am-2pm), Thursdays (8am-2pm), Fridays (2pm-8pm), and weekends (all day).

The rent is $300 (half day) and $500 (full day) for one weekday a month (ie. all Thursdays in the month). Weekend discounts available. The price includes all utilities and high-speed internet.

Proof of Professional and Commercial Liability Insurance is required.
