The photos I included are to show the size of the studio, it is very small. They are not photos of my particular studio, but I will include photos of it this weekend when I am able to.

I’m leaving my studio because I’ve found another place to live that better suits my needs. This apartment is great for students or one person. One cat is okay. Heat is included, there is a laundry room in the neighbouring building that you’d have access to. You’d have to get a laundry card and charge it.

It’s a great place and location, but I’ve moved to a bigger one and I’m hoping to have someone move in May 2025. There’s a lease assignment for $250, and the management company may do a credit check.
