Rental includes all amenities listed plus a deck with BBQ, lawn care and snow removal. This house also has a backup generator in case of power outages due to inclement weather.

If you are looking for a quiet place to study, this may be what you’re looking for. This is NOT a party house. Only lessees signed onto the lease are permitted to stay at the property. This will NOT be rented on a room by room basis. Tenants will be required to provide proof of tenant insurance. Landlord lives onsite in a completely separate apartment.
