Looking for clean, quiet roommate(s) to occupy the second room in our 2 Bedroom Apartment ( pictured above , room will be emptied prior to beginning of occupancy ).

Single occupancy is fine but the right Couple would be okay as well. Small pets may be considered.

Apartment is 2 Levels with 1.5 baths. Tenant(s) will have access to some of the storage room, living room area, full kitchen ( cleared Cupboards for own food) and a balcony with a barbecue for use. Coin/App Laundry in building.

We are a very QUIET, easy going middle aged Gen X married couple with two cats. Husband works nights and sleeps during the day so tenant(s) also need to be QUIET-Ish.

Must be Clean and able to clean for yourself ( there are some dishes for use as well ), must be okay with cats. MUST be 420 and Cig friendly so…smoke em if ya got em.

Rent is $ 950.00 / Month ( can be paid every 2 weeks if needs be ). Deposit of $ 475.00 will be required ( maybe your first born son, right arm or left leg too….hahahaha ).

Rent includes Heat, Hot water, 1/2 Wifi, 1/2 Power and use of other household Amenities.
