House is mostly furnished (I will be taking some things when I move out in June). House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an epic rooftop balcony, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room, dining room, and bike storage options. Subway is a five minute walk away. $1500 rent includes all utilities, onsite laundry along with unlimited wifi. There are three other women in their early - mid 30's sharing the home.
