I love my apartment; however, I am moving out of the country. I am flexible; if you want to move in on a different date, let me know.

Dishwasher, oven, and fridge. Hot water is included in the rent. Bright apartment on the 4th floor. Facing Assomption street. Beautiful view. Balcony. Concierge available.
Indoor and outdoor pools and gym included in the rent.
Parking is available, but for a separate fee (150 dollars). There are many free parking spots on the streets next to the building.
IGA is 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Pharmaprix is 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to Botanical garden.
Rent is 1800 dollars per month. Last month is free.
