My townhouse is located in a nice, safe and peaceful community close to the White Mud and Anthony Henday. I am across the street from Riverbend Square and close to Terwilliger Rec Centre. The bus stop is 2 blocks from the townhouse.

I am a single professional woman and owner of this townhouse. I work out of town and I am only home 2 week-ends per month. The ideal roommate would be a professional who is mature, respectful, clean, tidy, quiet, easy going individual to share my beautiful contemporary townhouse. I would ask that there no loud music or parties and no over night guests.

Shared living area includes TV room, formal living room, formal dining room, open kitchen, dining area and family room. I have professional cleaners come in twice a month to keep our living spaces organized and clean.

There is a west facing deck with barbeque and deck furnishings in the summer. The common area in the complex has mature trees and well kept lawns. Snow removal and grass cutting provided by the condo association.

Rent is $1,500 per month; includes utilities (heat, water, waste water, internet, TV, laundry facilities).
