Fully furnished ( room has desk , smart tv , chair , dresser and bed) all included , unlimited internet , we have a full gym right inside our apartment , laundry on site , 2 minute walk from sherbourne station , close to all amenities parking available if needed but will cost extra. George brown college st.james campus a short 10 minute bus ride away. Eaton centre 10 minute subway ride away or a 23 minute walk. Rent is on a month to month basis as no contract will be required. First and last month rent however is and will need to be provided prior to moving in. Looking for someone well kept. Room is for male only. Non smoker, student or professional is fine.
