I'm a 29 year old female, I work full-time in restaurant management & typically go to the gym daily so I'm not home that much. I love thrifting, cooking, music festivals, wine/game nights & a night out once in awhile :) I'm very clean and I like my space tidy so I'd like to live with someone who is the same

Rent is $700/month everything included (wifi & all utilities) fully furnished, in suite laundry included & street parking always available in a quiet, safe neighbourhood! All you need to furnish is your bedroom! Ideal for someone who is looking for affordable rent for a couple months then wanting to move closer to the city with someone who fits their vibe :)

$300 refundable damage deposit and discounted rent for December if you want to move in immediately!
