This suite is spacious and newly renovated. It is very bright with large windows facing the street. It is on the second floor with it's own PRIVATE bathroom and SHOWER. Kitchen and large common room and a second bathroom are shared with just four other students. Central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer (no coins), all utilities including hydro, gas and electricity as well as high speed internet are included. Common area, stair cases and kitchen will be cleaned weekly by a trusted cleaning lady. For single student occupancy only. Non-smoking, and no pets. A few minutes walk to the university building.
