The room is available both for short term and potentially long term basis. The kitchen is shared. All utilities are included and wi-fi is complimentary. The place is ideal for a working professional or a trades person moving into the area and looking for temporary to long term accommodation in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove or Wabamun Lake working for Transalta. The place is not pet friendly and I cannot accommodate couples. The place is very quiet and clean and I want to keep it this way. Once a month a professional cleaner is coming to clean the common areas. Absolutely no smoking or drinking on premises!
