I only plan to rent out the two rooms listed so there will be a total of three people living in the home. Lease Terms:
• Lease Duration: 1 year with a 3-month probationary period to ensure a good fit for all parties.
• Payment Terms: First and last month’s rent required upon signing of lease.
• Screening Requirements:

Requirements:
• Renters must own their own car (no bus service in Greely).
• Independent, responsible, and respectful individuals.
• Overnight Guests: No overnight guests except for family members, and only for stays of no more than one week at a time.
