It's available August 1st to May 31 2026 (10-month lease) which is ideal for a student going to uni or college next year! There is a possibility of an extension as well. Leasing in August gives you time to settle in and get to know the city from your amazingly convenient home! Your roommates are two great guys who are very friendly, respectful and welcoming.

There is a shared backyard and storage for bicycles. An easy walk to groceries and right across the street from beautiful Greenwood Park!

Street parking is available but tenant must apply and pay for their own permit.

Shared laundry is in the building.
