Room for rent, Good sized room in a huge 7 bedroom house, we only to 5 guys - 1 slot open. Near Redwood and Main, nice area, good neighbours, close to stores, transit and parks. We usually keep it to 5 guys, mostly older (50's and up) - house is very quiet, you could sit in the living room all day, and you might have one guy come in to say hi, maybe. Big kitchen, 2 full baths, deep freeze, dishwasher, every kitchen appliance you want, and we're friendly, and the other 4 like it enough that we've been here over 10 years. Rent includes high speed internet, House phone you're welcome to use, parking is available. There is a cat in the house, so we're not looking for pets. Room can have some furniture (Bed, desk, etc) or we'll store it and move in your own, should you choose. The rest is fully furnished and well equipped.
