I’m a chill 28 year old guy who has the main room. Your room can come furnished if you need me to, I have an extra bed (single) and mattress closet I can bring from my old roommates house, but if you want to make it your own space your own you are more than welcome to.

We can install something to make the den more private as well, the den is the picture with the empty room with rug.

Shared kitchen and living room space; more than welcome to bring guests over. I have high speed internet and sweet entertainment system (Mac mini PlayStation and Classic Nintendo)
