Winter/summer sublease!!!
This master bedroom with a walk in closet will be available while I go on exchange winter/summer semester. The rent is $1000/month not including utilities. the apartment is in a great location near parks, bars, restaurants and super close to both the bus stop and the metro station (Sherbrooke). Currently this apartment also houses three other lovely ladies were super social yet respect each other’s spaces. all of us are university students we are looking for someone around the same age and preferably female. the house is furnished with an in unit laundry and balcony.
