This unique floorplan is a mix between a studio room & a lower unit suite. The landlord has just finished installing NEW FLOORS and NEW KITCHENETTE is scheduled to be delivered and installed by September 15th. After some discussion, the landlord has decided to have the red fireplace (in photos) removed and the exist blocked)

This unit has 1 large main room with plenty of natural light during the day and bright lighting for the evening. You can easily fit any sized bed and set up your own living/entertainment area in this space. The main room is separated from the front entry, washroom, and cooking area by a short hall that has a space perfect for shoes & coats. The washroom has your standard toilet, sink, and shower with plenty of shelf space. The cooking area will have a new kitchenette installed (this weekend, will update photos when complete). It will include a microwave induction top, and air fryer/microwave combo appliance (if you have your own we can have this removed so you can use your own). On either side of the kitchenette will be a full sized fridge and a closet/storage room for extra storage space or you could use as extra pantry space. Laundry room is separate (not in you unit but easily accessible through a door across from the short hall (yes it is lockable from your side & you will get a key). You will have private access to your unit & free street parking in the front or back. SMOKING of any kind is ONLY permitted outdoors.

- 5 mins to Brentwood LRT (train/buses), gas station, Brentwood strip mall (multiple grocery stores, banks, dentist, optometrist, medical, restaurants, hair, vet, church etc...)
