I’m looking for a housemate (preferably a working female) for a cozy room in our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, available from April 1 to June 1. I’ve signed the lease until June 2026, but the rent will increase by $120 in June 2025, bringing the base rent to $1,010. Initially, we can sign the lease for $950, and after June, it will be $1,010. If you like the place, we can extend the lease.

The rent breakdown is as follows:
$950 base rent including water and heat.
Internet, Electricity bill and house insurance will be split between us (approximately between $60-$70)
Parking is available also Street parking is also available and always an option!

Apartment features an open concept modern kitchen and a spacious living room. The apartment has hardwood floors, lots of natural lighting. The apartment in itself is very beautiful.

I am a 23 year young female who works as a System Engineer. I consider myself to be friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and organized, and I believe in maintaining a clean and harmonious living environment.
In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, listening to music, trying new coffee shops/restaurants and exploring new places around the city.


I'm seeking a roommate who is similarly responsible, respectful, and easygoing.
