I’m subletting a furnished room in a 4-bedroom apartment from May 22nd to August 30th, 2025. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a lovely building in the Montreal “Ghetto” area, just a few minutes walk from the McGill campus and university sports facilities. It’s fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher and TWO bathrooms. The highlight is the spacious terrace with a stunning view of downtown Montreal, sunsets and sunrises are absolutely breathtaking.

The monthly rent is $850, and photos are available upon request.

I’m looking for a respectful tenant who can stay for the full period or for at least 2 months. You’ll be living with two other friendly guys who are both easy-going and open to making new friends (both students).
