Looking for someone to sublet my room in a 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom place for the summer!

• I’m looking to rent starting May 1st to Late August
• Rent is $850 however I’m WILLING TO NEGOTIATE A LOWER PRICE
• Shared living room and bathrooms
• 15 minute walk away from uOttawa campus
• 20 minute walk away from Rideau Centre
• Rent includes everything! (AC , water , gas , electricity , internet)
• Bedrooms and common areas are fully furnished
• No smoking and no pets allowed
