En terme d'accessibilité, il a 2 marches à monter pour rentrer dans l'appartement.

Grande chambre double dans un appartement du rez de chaussée. 1 garde-robe. Non Meublée. Fenêtre la plus lumineuse de l'appartement (vis-à-vis la rue)

Petite cour avec jardin(!)/set patio/bbq et un espace couvert pour stockage de vélos/autres.
Espaces communs entièrement meublés électros (pas de lave-vaiselle)
Situé sur le plateau à 1min de marche du parc laurier, d'épicerie/fruiterie/pharmacie/saq. (7min de marche du métro laurier)
1 chat accepté! (le chat sur les photos est celui de mon coloc qui quitte)

Je me promène beaucoup dans les friperies/librairies du quartier, mais sinon je bouge pas beaucoup de poussière! J'invite parfois des amis pour écouter des films ou faire des soupers mais sinon je priorise un espace de calme .
