Also included is ~400ft2 of private yard space that will be fenced in this summer/fall. This is for 1-2 people max. No dogs as I will have my own. Other pets must be approved. 1yr lease with auto renewal.

Rent is $1750 per month. This includes ~300 in utilities.

This is my first home and I have taken the time to renovate it properly, doing most of the work myself. I am queer, neurodivergent, and non-binary. I love woodworking, gardening, kayaking, and food. If you support trump, the conservatives, and/or are not an active ally to 2SLGBTQIA and marginalized communities, this isn’t the apartment for you.
