I’m looking for a relatively short-term rent, preferably a 3-bedroom condo or townhouse, from May 20 (or as soon as possible) until July 5.
Ideally, the unit would be located within the M4N 3M5 postal code area in Toronto, or within a 20-minute drive from that location. We are a family of 5, and family members will be staying at the unit on and off throughout the rental period.
Preferred features include:
· At least one accessible bedroom on the ground floor
· Furnished bedrooms and living area
· In-unit laundry and dryer
· Parking spot or nearby available parking
· Negotiable rent, with payment available at the beginning of each week / or as arranged
