This basement apartment has a private seperate entrance with shared common area: living room, dining room, washroom, kitchen and laundry room that you will share with other 2 tenants (current tenants are Humber Lakeshore students, one female, one male). Landlord, me and my husband occupy the main and second floor with our indoor cat “Meatball”.

House is located on south side of Lakeshore Blvd and east of Kipling. Beautiful backyard backing onto Colonel Samuel Smith Park and Humber College Lakeshore campus. Trails for walking and biking are all the way east to Toronto downtown or west to Mississauga. Short walking distance to Humber College Lakeshore campus. Ideal for Humber students.

This is a fully furnished apartment, each room equips with a single bed with mattress and beddings, nightstand, desk, closet, chest drawer, lamp, and laundry basket. Kitchen equips with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Newly renovated model washroom. There is a powder room with toilet on the first floor and tenants are welcome to use it too.

Looking for non-smoking, responsible, respectful, kind, clean, quite tenant with stable financial situation (source of income, bank statement and credit check required).
