Le logement est situé sur la rue Ontario à proximité de magasins, de restaurants et de gyms.
Les communs (2 douches et 2 toilettes) sont partagés avec les 5 autres résidents de l'étage, chacun ayant son propre studio.
Le loyer est de 790$ - toutes charges incluses.

I am looking for someone to take over my lease until the end of January 2026, as I need to be closer to my workplace.
