Yukon Cabin Rental

Rental located off of the Hot Springs Road: 3 BED, 1 BATH LOFT CABIN

PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Layout: 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom (Half-Loft Cabin style layout)
• Kitchen & Appliances: Fully equipped kitchen with propane stove (no dishwasher), Washer, and dryer in-unit
• Outdoor Space: Large deck, small greenhouse & fully fenced front yard off of the deck.
• Parking: Ample parking for 2 vehicles
• Recreation: Direct access to trail networks right out the back door

HEATING & UTILITIES:

• Primary Heat: Wood stove (& backup electric heater)
• Tenant Requirement: Must have experience operating and maintaining a wood stove safely.
• Firewood: Tenant is responsible for purchasing/sourcing approx. 3 cords of wood for the winter. A covered wood hutch is provided on-site for stacking.

PROPERTY CARE & MAINTENANCE:

Tenant responsibilities include routine snow clearing around the cabin/parking areas, lawn care, and general yard maintenance. No garbage/recycling services exist out of city limits, so tenant required to remove on own and store safely as to not attract animals.

ANIMALS & FARM ENVIRONMENT:

• On-Site Animals: We live on a small active homestead with 3 dogs and farm animals on property.
• Pet Policy: Considered strictly on a case-by-case basis. We CANNOT accommodate multiple pets. Any approved pet must be exceptionally well-behaved, safe around livestock and other dogs, and must stay within the designated cabin area/fenced yard (no roaming the property will be allowed). No large fish tanks.
• Potential Opportunity: Ideally would like to have an equipped individual to assist with looking after our few farm animals during short trips a couple times a year (can be discussed to work out compensation, etc). Perk of fresh eggs!

HOUSE RULES:

• Firm policy: Absolutely no partying/large gatherings, no smoking/vaping of any kind in the house, and no drugs.
• Tenant Profile: Looking for quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible individuals.

RENTAL DETAILS:

• Rent: $2650 / month. First month and damage deposit of 2650 required upon move in. No subletting. Max occupancy 4.
• Utilities: Some utilities included will discuss more in detail. Propane, wood, internet on tenant.
• Available: September 1st
