The building is ALMA, previously called See-More, at 1412 Seymour St., in unit B210. All amenities (heat, water, electricity, and internet) are included.

For some context, a few of our current roommates are leaving the unit after completing their bachelor’s degrees, but the price and location are so competitive that I’m hoping to extend the offer and keep the 5 bedroom unit if I can!

The unit comes fully furnished, and the building itself comes equipped with a gym (treadmills and weights) and a game room in the basement. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful, neighbours are good, and the distance from Dalhousie really can’t be beat, with SMU being just down the road as well.
