Rates & Details:

- Rent 1-7 days/week (month-to-month contract)
- Flexible opening hours⏰
- Storage available upon request
- Rates start at $414 HST/month (1 day/week) *Pricing varies based on days rented
- Drop-in rate: $200/day
- Secure, professional studio with buzz-in access
- Includes: Utilities, bed, rolling stool, rolling tray, WiFi, cleaning supplies, fridge, microwave & more
- Private washroom & free street parking nearby

⚠️ We do NOT supply procedural supplies (e.g., pigments, needles, gloves, etc.).
