Unit: offering a room in a shared 2-bedroom apartment in little italy. the room fits a queen bed and has two closets, window unit air conditioning, and a large private balcony. the common spaces in the apartment include an open concept kitchen and dining area and a shared bathroom. there is a dishwasher in the kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. the unit is a second floor walk-up that is not wheelchair accessible.
i currently have two foster cats whom i love dearly so being okay with cats in the common space is important (additionally, the organization i foster with requires everyone who lives with the cats to have a police check done free of charge).

i am a 28-year-old woman and i work in television on a hybrid schedule. in my downtime, i like to cook and bake, take ballet classes, go swimming, read books, watch movies, and have a couple of friends over for dinner every now and then. i try to keep the apartment as clean and cozy as possible.
