We only have single bedroom units in our building and they're well kept and comfortable but are a bit on the smaller side.

The unit currently for rent is located on the 2nd floor with a balcony.

Fridge and stove are provided.

The rent will be $1,200.00 per month including water, heat and electricity and the rental agreement is for a minimum of one year.

ALL UNITS:
Tenants are responsible for their own TV & internet service. Those who install air conditioners must pay an additional $75 per month {per air conditioner} during June, July, August and September to help cover the ever increasing cost of electricity.

Of course, if you do not install an air conditioner the rent will remain at $1,200 throughout the year.

Coin operated laundry machines located on the main floor and also a family entertainment room with a ping pong table, stereo and TV with a DVD player along with a large selection of free DVD movies to watch.

There is a 24 hour camera security system and a large parking lot in the rear of our building. Our building is a safe, quiet and family friendly environment where all are welcome. There have been many overall improvements and updates to our building with more to come.

The rental agreement is for a minimum of one year but our goal is to find those seeking long term housing. Tenants are responsible for their own TV & internet service. There are coin operated laundry machines available for tenants located on the main floor.
