I am looking for an international(ONLY FEMALE STUDENT) - Working holiday, ESL student – no smoking
Our house location is Keele/Eglinton and it is basement.
1. It is 20 minutes from Keele subway station and Eglinton West Station (Right on Keele/Eglinton located). The bus stop is almost in front of our house. So, it is very convenient to access to TTC transit.
2. There are kitchen/dining area (very clean)
3. This room is very spacious - there are a clothes drawer, a closet, and a desk. Just ready to move-in condition and the room is very warm in winter.
4. No-frills, Walmart, Canadian Tires, Stockyard malls are nearby. Toronto Library is only 5 minutes away from the house by walk.
5. The house owners live separately and only share two other students.
6. Internet, utilities included. We have a laundry area downstairs so you don’t have to go laundromat.
