This is very cosy smallish condo on the top (18th) floor that is quiet and private.
It is a fully-furnished, North-facing corner suite on Wellington St W but backing onto NOBU that is ideal for 1-2 persons. Perhaps a small child as there is a sofa bed in the living room. It is on the penthouse level which means higher ceilings add to a light and airy feel.
Rent includes 24/7 security desk, unlimited Bell Wi-Fi with basic Crave TV package for streaming on multiple devices including the 64cm (25") TV, hydro, heat and AC, washer/dryer, a full gym, Jacuzzi-size resistance pool, sauna, and rooftop patio with BBQ facilities.
The bedroom is actually a nook as you enter at the front door. It does not have a door, screen or window. However, and this is where it differs from bachelor/studio condos, the queen-size bed is COMPLETELY SEPARATE from the living room which is at the end of the hallway and where the brown sofa also doubles as a pull-out bed. There is a Juliet balcony (NOT a real balcony) with sliding patio door.
Everything from work, entertainment, education, arts, culture, etc., is easily accessible on foot anywhere from 10-30 minutes, or by bike or public transit with a Presto card. Parking is a separate, extra cost.
