The rental space is in a quaint, detached bungalow in Etobicoke (Long Branch) in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, just off Lakeshore. The rental space includes one (1) private bedroom, a shared (with 1 other person) kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It can be accessed via a private side entrance of the house. The basement unit is shared with one other tenant (male) who is in his early 30s and a working professional. On the main floor, there are two working professionals in their early 30s (including the landlord that is highly responsive, friendly, and will share baked goods, if you like). Everyone in the house is respectful and considerate towards each other and we are looking for someone who will fit into our lifestyles. The house is a safe space for all communities including LGTBQ and visual minorities. Smoking outside only.
