The lease term is from your check-in date until July 31, 2026. In the future, if there are any changes, you can sublet and move out or continue signing the contract with the apartment office.
This is a studio. You will have your own kitchen and bathroom.

The earliest check-in date is April 29th, 2025. We can discuss and adjust the specific check-in date and the rent you need to pay in May.
The rent is $1,795 per month, which includes water and heating fees. The rent does not include the cost of the parking space, if you need it, you need to rent from apartment office separately. From August 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2026, the rent may increase to $1,885 per month.
If you need, furniture will be given as a gift. Furniture may includes bed, desk, chair, etc.
